About Adrian
I am an English whizz with a degree and job in journalism and a lifetime's experience in creative and academic writing. I have a year's experience teaching in Vietnam, teaching children from ages 4-12. I have also privately tutored adults, both native speakers and foreign language speakers. I am used to designing my own lessons and making my own lesson materials.
I specialise in:
- Explaining grammar, with fun, memorable examples
- Pronunciation help for those that need it. I have a Received Pronunciation British English accent.
- Expressive reading - how to intone and project
- Colloquialisms - how and when to use them appropriately (and when not to use them)
