About Denise
Hello, I am a Massachusetts certified teacher in Early Childhood Education (Pre-k to Third Grade), ESL (K-12), and Reading Specialist (K-12). I have a M.Ed. in Reading Education from University of Central Florida and CAES in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College. I have been teaching for 24 years. Over that time, I have taught Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, and was also a Reading Specialist. I have a passion to teach children to read and write! Watching children become confident in reading drives me to push them to their fullest potential. This is why I decided to add tutoring into my professional practice. That 1-1 success can't be beat!
