About Allan

Students should train with me because I am Muay Thai Ontario PSO certified coach and I also bring real-world experience from currently coaching at two gyms, working as a personal trainer, and competed in Muay Thai. Having trained extensively in Japan and Thailand, I focus on authentic technique, smart conditioning, and structured sessions tailored to your level. Whether you’re a beginner building confidence or a fighter refining skills, my goal is to help you progress safely, efficiently, and with purpose.

About the lesson

I combine real Muay Thai fundamentals with smart fitness coaching, helping beginners build confidence safely and help fighters sharpen fighters IQ, conditioning, and discipline. Training is structured, supportive, and tailored to your level, whether online or in person, so you improve faster without burning out or getting injured.
