About Flavio
My name is Flavio I'm from Italy. I started cooking when I was a child and my grandmother was teaching me all the secrets of the classical Italian kitchen
When I was 20 I started working in restaurants and size then be a chef become my passion and job. When I was 26 I started travelling around the world for work; England, Australia, Switzerland and now India.
I'm trying to bring the real concept and recipes of Italy and healthy food. Because there are a lot of misconceptions and wrong knowledge that people gets specially on Internet.
So I will try to bring PRAMANA (right knowledge) of cooking to all of you
