About Liv

Hi! I’m Liv, a recent Biochemistry graduate with a real passion for Spanish.

I studied Spanish up to A level and have always loved the language and culture. I focused on my Biochemistry degree at the University of Leeds but continued my love for Spanish through available societies and optional modules.

I am hoping to eventually spend some time travelling in Spanish-speaking countries, so tutoring is a great opportunity to keep developing my own Spanish while helping someone else learn.

After helping my younger sister revise various subjects for both her GCSEs and A-levels, I have realised how much I love helping other people learn as it helps me learn too!

About the lesson

My lessons would be relaxed, friendly and tailored to the individual student. I want to make Spanish feel enjoyable, the way it was for me when I was learning!

I am particularly keen to help GCSE and beginner-level students feel more confident with Spanish, whether that’s improving vocabulary and grammar, practising speaking, helping with homework and revision techniques or preparing for exams.

As a recent graduate, I am very open-minded and approachable as I understand what it is like to be a student myself. I am happy to adapt lessons to whatever students find most difficult or want to improve.
