About Christopher

I'm a private pilot and science enthusiast with a lifelong passion for space and the universe — a curiosity that led me to study Astronomy & Planetary Science at degree level. Maths and Physics have always been at the heart of everything I love about science, and over time I've discovered that I genuinely enjoy explaining them to others just as much as I enjoy exploring them myself.

I want to tutor because I know these subjects can feel overwhelming, and I believe nobody should be put off by a topic just because it seems difficult at first. My goal is to make Maths and Physics feel approachable and manageable — breaking problems down calmly and clearly until they start to make sense. I take a patient, respectful approach in everything I do, and I'll always make sure you feel heard and supported, never rushed or judged.

About the lesson

I offer Maths and Physics tuition tailored to GCSE students, whether you're looking to build confidence, catch up, or push for top grades. My lessons are aimed at secondary school students aged 14–16, covering the full GCSE curriculum in both subjects.

Holding a BSc in Astronomy & Planetary Science, I have a strong academic foundation in both Maths and Physics and a genuine passion for making science accessible to everyone.

Lessons are 45 minutes long and structured around your individual needs. I use a step-by-step problem-solving approach to break down complex topics into clear, manageable stages, and I create tailored worksheets and notes so you leave every session with something useful to review in your own time.

While I am new to formal tutoring, I take great pride in the patience and respect I bring to every lesson, creating a pressure-free environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and learning at your own pace. Because that's how real progress happens.
