About Farbod
I’ve always enjoyed language as a way to think more clearly and express ideas with impact. I earned a 99% in university-level high school English, which reflects my strong analytical reading and writing skills, but what I enjoy most is helping others find their own voice. I’m especially interested in literature, argument-building, and refining ideas through revision. Outside of tutoring, I value creativity, critical thinking, and meaningful discussion, and I bring that curiosity and openness into every lesson.

My English lessons focus on building clear thinking, strong writing, and confidence in expression. I help students understand texts deeply, develop original ideas, and structure essays logically rather than relying on memorization or templates. Lessons include close reading, thesis development, paragraph organization, and refinement of grammar and style. I also focus heavily on feedback and revision strategies, helping students improve efficiently and perform at a high level on essays, presentations, and exams.
