About Ols
I took a different route through education to most. Not everyone has hopes and dreams of a university degree and a 9-5 job... but we all start somewhere, and you can never be under-educated.
I've started companies. Worked odd jobs to pay the bills. I've even joined corporate companies and high growth startups, where I coached over 100+ people through inductions, up-skilling and 1-to-1 programmes.
The point is, there's no right or wrong way to approach your education and career. But if there's one thing you can do, stay consistent in the pursuit of knowledge!

My approach to learning is a lot like riding a bike: Find the right balance for you. Focus on putting one foot in front of the other. Look ahead! and make sure you enjoy the journey.
I run 45 - 90 minute sessions. Most commonly I find an hour is a perfect amount of time to get enough done, without exhaustion. Sessions can be doubled up, with a 15 minute break in between.
Sessions are curated for a Year 9 - 11 student in need of GCSE support, or pre-GCSE help to get them the grades they need in order to take the subject further.
I hope to reignite their passion for learning!
