About Kayla
I am confident in not only my ability to help each student write or read- whatever it may be, I am also confident in my ability to help each student UNDERSTAND what they are learning. My goal is to make sure that when we are finished at the end of each lesson, there is at least one new thing you have learned and that you can apply to the rest of your education and life. I want to bring out the best in every student and do whatever I can to make learning a positive and productive experience for everyone.

I use whatever teaching style works best for each individual. I typically do hands on lessons so that each detail can not only be explained, but shown so the student knows what to expect with a finished product. Communication is key and is a very strong factor in learning. I want to make sure the student is reaching their full capability in a comfortable, open environment. I teach communications skills, writing , college prep and especially love help putting together essays and resumes.
