About Elizabeth
I am a Master Life Coach, yoga instructor, and Reiki practitioner with a specialization in trauma-informed practices to help clients acknowledge their hurdles, trauma responses that no longer suit them, and move forward with a healthy mental and emotional life. This includes changing the way we view parenting and the parent-child relationship, ourselves, the inner-child, and how we perceive others as seeing us and how that affects our day-to-day.

I base my sessions and workshops on individual or group needs. With an emphasis on creating a safe space for honesty and healing, identifying the issue, practicing scientifically proven methods to address the concern, and creating a treatment plan that allows each client to see each goal, the over-all plan, and the end of the program in advance for themselves.
