About Emmett
With 12 years of experience teaching violin, I am passionate about helping students grow as musicians and individuals. I teach high school students, college students, and elderly learners with dedication and enthusiasm.
I have successfully taught around 150-200 students and helped them improve their violin skills, musical understanding, and confidence. I believe every student can achieve progress with the right support and motivation.
My teaching approach combines strong fundamentals, creativity, and practical learning. I focus on making lessons enjoyable while helping students develop important musical skills.
I guide students through violin techniques, rhythm training, music theory, and performance preparation. I also encourage them to develop discipline and confidence through regular practice.
A meaningful milestone in my career has been seeing students transform their abilities and achieve goals they once considered challenging.
My mission is to inspire students to enjoy music, believe in themselves, and continue their violin journey with passion.

My teaching methodology is built on communication, accountability, and integrity to help students become confident violin players. I believe every student learns at a different pace, so I customize each lesson according to individual needs and goals.
I explain posture, bow control, finger placement, rhythm, scales, tone production, and musical expression in simple English with practical demonstrations. Communication keeps lessons interactive and encourages students to ask questions freely.
Accountability helps students develop regular practice habits and achieve steady progress. Integrity guides every lesson through honest feedback, patience, and encouragement. Besides violin, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm training, performance skills, beginner keyboard basics, and music appreciation.
