Dani really means what she says she loves teaching the new generation of nurses. She loves sharing her passion and knowledge for nursing. she is patient as well as non-judgemental so she makes you feel at ease. nothing is ever a silly question, she goes above and beyond for her students. I have learnt so much from her and has made me the nurse I am today. She is always ready with extra support where she needs it

I work with Danica on ward 5F, orthopaedics, at Ipswich Hospital. Last year I was a grad and I found that Danica was easily approachable and was a wealth of knowledge. I was able to ask questions that I thought were “silly” or “stupid” and she will always no matter what “there is never such thing as a stupid question”. Danica made transitioning from student to registered nurse that bit easier. She always has literature readily available if need be. Danica teaches in a way where she’ll show or explain it and then have the student do it back, to ensure they understand. For example I had never used a bear hugger device on the ward and yet she took the time out of her busy schedule to show me how to set it up, so now for next time I know how to use it. I recommend Danica to other Superprof members because I believe she’ll be able to aid and help students that are having difficulties when it comes to learning, and will be able to inspire others to strive for their best as she does for me.
