Hi! I’m Iric Diane, a Registered Nurse with extensive experience working in healthcare, BPO, customer service, and remote professional environments.

I enjoy communicating with people from different backgrounds and helping others become more confident in using English. I’m patient, friendly, and easy to talk to, and I believe learning should be comfortable, practical, and enjoyable.

My Teaching Method and Techniques

I believe the best way to learn English is to "use it confidently in real conversations". My lessons are practical, interactive, and tailored to each student’s level and goals.

I use conversation practice, role-playing, vocabulary building, reading, pronunciation exercises, and grammar activities. I encourage students to speak as much as possible while providing friendly corrections and clear explanations along the way.

Whether you want to improve your everyday English, prepare for a job interview, communicate better at work, or simply become more confident speaking English, I can adjust the lessons to what you need.

A Typical Lesson

Each lesson usually starts with a short conversation or review. We then focus on the main topic for the day, learn useful vocabulary and expressions, and practice them through real-life conversations and activities.

At the end of the lesson, we review what you learned and identify areas to practice before our next session.

What Sets Me Apart

I don't want my students to simply memorize English—I want them to "feel comfortable using it".

I have years of experience in BPO, customer service, sales, real estate, and working remotely with international clients. This has given me extensive experience using English in professional and everyday situations.

I am patient, approachable, and supportive. I understand that making mistakes is part of learning, so I create a comfortable environment where students can speak without being afraid of getting things wrong.
