Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice where a practitioner channels "universal life force energy" through their palms to the client. Designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support the body's natural healing, it is non-invasive and performed while fully dressed. A standard session typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes. You lie on a massage table while the practitioner places their hands either directly on or just above 12 to 15 specific energy zones on your body.
