About Yanice

I’m Yanice, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Digital Marketer based in Malaysia. My journey into the world of mental health is deeply personal. I’ve had to face and work through my own set of challenges—including struggles with mental health, gender identity, low self-confidence, and persistent negative thoughts. These experiences didn’t break me—they shaped me. They gave me a deeper understanding of what it means to feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed. And they led me to discover the transformative power of mental health support and self-awareness. Now, I’m here to offer that same guidance to others. Whether through clinical hypnotherapy or mental health education, my mission is to help individuals navigate life with more clarity, calm, and confidence. I believe in holding space for people to heal, grow, and reconnect with their own inner strength.

About the lesson

1. Teaching Methodology and Approach
My teaching is learner-centered and goal-oriented. You simply let me know your end goal—what you want to solve, learn, or improve—and I will customize the sessions based on your learning style.
Each lesson will include:

Lecture slides to explain the core knowledge

Practical exercises to reinforce understanding and build confidence
My aim is to guide you step-by-step while making the learning both structured and flexible.

2. Typical Length of a Lesson
I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions, each building progressively on the last to ensure you truly understand and can apply self-hypnosis effectively for relaxation.

3. Qualifications / Experience as a Tutor
I am fresh as a tutor, but I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, passionate about sharing what I know and guiding others through practical experience.

4. Who the Lessons Are For
These lessons are suitable for all ages and especially designed for:

Individuals who want to learn self-hypnosis for personal relaxation and stress relief

Fellow clinical hypnotherapists seeking guided practice or peer learning
