About Swapna
I support college students and young adults (21 to 35 yrs) to lead a happy and self- made conscious living instead of being stressed.
Practicing "simple living and high thinking", in my life, helps me to guide my students to stay focused and determined.
My concern is to listen to other person's need. What is he/she looking for?
Those who go through either a meditation session or a 5 days program, have always experienced peace of mind, stability and positivity. And they have also said that 20mins of Relaxation was equal to 12 hours of sleep.

And I also use pure essential oils to support one's emotional balancing and strength.
