About Sophia
I’m a chess tutor with over 7+ years of experience teaching thoughtful and motivated players. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in strategic studies with a focus on chess history. Chess has always been a creative challenge for me. My teaching approach centers on understanding positions and making strong plans. We work on openings, middlegame structures, and technical endgames. Calculation is trained carefully. Intuition is developed through patterns. I believe in holistic growth through game analysis, tactics, and strategic awareness.
