I am a certified and professional fitness instructor with 2 years of experience in the field. I strongly believe in optimism + consistency + progression. I learn about my client and their goals by assessments, design programs, and set expectations, and then I accompany them through the fitness journey, whether at the gym, at their home, online, or any mutually preferred location. My clients' well-being is my priority.

I offer personal training on clients' goals, which involves weight loss, muscle gain, physical strength, body toning, athletic mobility, etc. I also offer physical fitness classes like spin, aerobics, H.I.I.T, Circuit, and dance. Physical therapy for recovering physical patients and also school physical education are part of my specialties. I offer nutrition and fitness consultation. I am certified and a professional, so rest assured that I got you covered.
