About Geoffrey
The key to understanding the practical aspects of accounting is SIMPLICITY and that is my approach, to dumb it down and take away the mystery. I have been in the accounting profession all my life and I now wish pass on the knowledge i have gained in a way that beginners and or non professionals can understand. Accounting can appear to be complex but the trick is to strip away the mystery and get right to the heart of the subject and learn the fundamentals in a way that is easy to understand and which gives you a good base for further learning. I do not have a set curriculum, I will assess the reason for you wanting to learn accountancy and we then take it from there., simple!!

My approach is to simplify the concepts of accounting by helping you to understand the accounting for a business bank account and to then develop from there but ONLY after you have understood the BASIC principles of this accounting exercise.
Lessons are for one hour
I have a degree in economics and am a Chartered Accountant. I have had some experience teaching at TAFE and have done some work with high school students.
My teaching is for beginners (no previous knowledge), students studying accountancy or for people in business wanting to improve their knowledge
