About Richard
Hello! I'm the author of a legal writing textbook published by West/Thomson, and have taught legal research and writing, as well as every other legal topic, at Kent State University and other colleges.
I have a BA in English and philosophy from Ohio University, summa cum laude. My JD is from Ohio Northern University.
My teaching style is clean, pragmatic and friendly, but you will do most of the thinking work as I will walk you through how to do something or think about something rather than giving answers.
But all in all I'm a fun old professor who gets stuff dome.
