About Mylie

I am a level 3 coach. I have coached for over 10 years in a range of clubs and schools. As well as a teacher in a well-respected school I am currently head coach at Dorking women’s. I have previously coached Middlesex, Surrey and Harlequins pathways.

About the lesson

I help players develop their rugby skills and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. By combining skill development, game understanding, and positive coaching, we’ll work together to improve your performance and enjoyment of the game.
If you tell me your target age group or level (school, beginner, performance), I can tailor it even more specifically.

Great student. Focused on his kicking. Great build up of his game from kicking for goal to game based scenarios. A student that loves the game and wants to learn.

Perfect! Having just started with Mylie, I was really impressed with the session he provided for my son. He has been efficient and reliable with communication and has a very approachable and positive manner.
My son stated that he is knowledgeable and patient, explaining things clearly and breaking skills down into manageable steps so that he understood not only what he was doing, but how he can improve moving forward. He took the time to listen to what our son needs and has been keen to set achievable goals with him, which has helped make the time feel both purposeful and encouraging.
The repetition of key skills is helping to build my son’s confidence and is allowing him to see his own progress. He also provides the necessary equipment, which made the session well organised and productive.
Overall, I would highly recommend Mylie. In the short time that he has worked with my son, he has created a really positive environment to help develop his rugby skills while building his confidence along the way.
