About Leon
Having started learning Russian from scratch 6 years ago, I have grown to love all things Russian language and culture. I am privileged to have been taught by inspired and passionate teachers, both in school and at university, aiding me in channeling my love and ability in foreign languages. I am enthused to bring such dedication to those who wish to further their Russian language ability, or even start learning one of the most fascinating languages in the world.
The advantage of having a non-native tutor is that some nuances, which may seem obvious to a native speaker, are often better understood by a non-native, beyond simply 'just because'. This can be especially helpful in Russian, due to its highly complex and somewhat irregular nature.
