I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, I have 1.5 years of teaching experience in Chicago and am passionate about inclusivity and accessibility within the industry. My main goal is to help individuals build a stronger mind/body connection through detailed instruction of poses, meditation and breathing techniques.
