Do you want to practice yin yoga, restorative yoga, or beginner-safe inversions with a steady guide? My 8 years of experience center on building core strength and effective stress relief for those seeking calm. I focus on alignment, posture and standing balance in my lessons.
I also include chair yoga, warm-up sequencing, and injury-safe modifications to support your physical health. Movement stays simple.

Using my RYT-300 training, I lead you through clear sequences that prioritize mindful movement and body awareness. We incorporate restorative postures and core work to build confidence from the ground up.
You gain a 6.0 level of clarity in your form by following my structured cues. Each movement connects smoothly without rushing or adding tension.
I observe your alignment closely to ensure every transition remains safe and effective for your specific anatomy. We build a sustainable practice that serves your body and mind throughout the week. My approach includes a 6.0 weekly home-practice plan with check-ins to keep you consistent. You are welcome to join me for a session whenever you feel ready.
