Hi, I'm Kamlawattie Persaud, a certified RYT 500 Yoga Teacher passionate about helping others reclaim peace, strength, and inner balance through therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and meditation. My approach is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in traditional yogic wisdom. I begin each class with breath awareness, followed by gentle asanas, breathwork, and deep relaxation. I tailor every session based on individual needs—be it stress relief, emotional healing, or physical wellness. I specialize in working with adults of all levels, including beginners, women seeking balance, and those dealing with anxiety, sleep issues, or chronic fatigue. My goal is to create a safe and healing space where students feel supported, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
