About Zachary
I have over nine years of experience teaching woodwinds in a variety of settings to all ages, and have both a Bachelor's and Master's in Music. I strive to ensure that my students get a clear and focused lesson that strengthens their understanding and enjoyment of playing their instrument.

In my lessons I cover a broad range of skills, including students approaching woodwinds for the first time, students working on district and college audition repertoire, and have a particular expertise in jazz improvisation. I focus on cultivating strong fundamental technique and a comfortable approach to the physical aspect of playing the instrument. I bring a clear and focused teaching style to my lessons, ensuring comprehension to material covered.
