About Susmitha
I am a passionate educator with a strong academic background in science, holding a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and currently pursuing research in the field of Immuno-oncology. With prior experience as an Assistant Professor, I have taught B.Sc. students and can handle subjects like Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, and Biology for school, college, and competitive exam levels. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts, encouraging curiosity, and building a deep understanding rather than rote learning. I strive to make science engaging, relatable, and confidence-building for every learner, ensuring they develop problem-solving skills and academic independence.

My teaching approach revolves around guiding students to think independently rather than spoon-feeding answers. I believe real learning happens when students feel the joy of discovering solutions on their own. In my classes, I use thought-provoking questions, real-world examples, and step-by-step guidance to help students connect concepts logically. Instead of simply providing the correct answer, I encourage students to break problems into smaller parts, analyze them critically, and build the confidence to tackle similar challenges independently. This method not only deepens their understanding but also nurtures problem-solving skills and academic resilience qualities essential for long-term success. I often incorporate interactive discussions, visual aids, and real-life applications to make concepts relatable and engaging. Each class is structured to begin with a quick recap, followed by concept exploration, guided problem-solving, and finally, independent practice where students apply what they’ve learned. My goal is to create an environment where students feel supported yet challenged, gradually moving from guided learning to independent thinking. By empowering them to arrive at answers themselves, I aim to boost their confidence and cultivate a genuine love for learning skills that stay with them beyond any single subject or exam.
