About Aizat
Greetings and Salutations!
I am Aizat, preferred to be addressed as Taz or just Aizat. I am 19 this year and I am a passionate educator and a catalyst for educational change.
Obtaining an A+ for English subject since high school has always been my zenith in the grand scheme of things. But more so than that, helping students achieving and thriving for better grades is something that I always find the most fulfilling to do.
My area of expertise is inclusive of writing and grammar. I am soon a debut author of Sonder and Laura. I have experience helping a B student achieving an A in SPM during my tutoring year in a tuition centre.
I am a firm believer of collective work alongside effort will bring forthpower and value in our actions.

Applying different methods of teaching is crucial depending on the student demographic.
1) Inquiry-based Learning.
- In my volunteering work, we are required to tutor students in the short term which is monthly and it is quite tedious to coordinate our schedule and time with the student's timetable. Hence, inquiry-based learning promotes the best engagement in terms of exploring the subject as well as the struggles faced in the particular context of the subject and we further explain the best method of answering to the tutors. Also, I have experience in helping my mom examining and marking SPM English Writing Paper. Usually above all else, what I do first thing when I start the class is that I explain thoroughly the marking format for the students to understand and better utilise their style of writing adhering to the format.
2) Remedial and compensatory teaching styles.
- This style of teaching where I provide students with slides that I created myself and teach them from the very beginning of the subject. Also, provide them with additional materials and sources for their own use.
