About Laura Deyanira
I am a biology student, human cell physiology is my passion. I have been training for more than 7 years, which has allowed me to understand the importance of proper nutrition and training to obtain aesthetic, psychological and global well-being results, since in all physiological processes both food consumed and daily activities are involved. , therefore not only diet and exercise are enough, these should be according to our particular needs, thus creating a Smart plan!
