About Chris
I've been playing a wide range of styles on many instruments for over 13 years. I have experience behind the desk at music studios, and bring that knowledge to guide my students to be as professional as possible while expressing themselves without borders.
I am also a certified Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. Mindfulness is a big part of my life and the way in which I teach. Active listening and open communication are keys to success.

As a certified Yoga and meditation teacher, I am adept at communicating with and realizing the needs of each of my students. I find it best to highlight strengths and build where there are opportunities for growth.
Depending on the learning style and preference of each student, I include as much music theory as is appropriate during lessons. Music theory and sheet reading are not required to benefit from what I have to offer.
I have years of experience playing guitar, bass, harmonica, drums, and singing in the styles of rock, jazz, bluegrass, folk, country, and metal.
To summarize, if you're a beginner or intermediate musician or vocalist, I'd be happy to help you along your way in artistic expression. :)
