About the lesson

My teaching approach is student-centered and tailored to meet the unique needs of each of my students. I believe that every student has their own individual learning style and strengths, and I strive to identify and leverage those to create an engaging and effective learning experience.

I like to begin by grasping the student's current level of understanding and their learning goals. This helps me to create a customised lesson plan that aligns with their needs and interests. I use a variety of instructional techniques, such as visual aids, and real-world examples, to make the material relevant and relatable to the student.

I also encourage active participation and collaboration, as I believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process. I ask open-ended questions, promote critical thinking skills, and provide opportunities for students to express their thoughts and ideas.

Furthermore, I am patient, compassionate, and understanding, and I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, share their concerns, and express their opinions. I provide constructive feedback and praise their efforts to boost their confidence and motivation.

In addition, I work to develop good study habits and time management skills in my students, as I believe that these skills are crucial for academic success. I am always available to provide extra help and support outside of tutoring sessions.
