Hi, I’m Dawt, a second-year student at the University of Otago majoring in Genetics. While I’m relatively new to tutoring, I’m passionate about writing and have honed strong essay-writing skills throughout my university coursework. As an experienced tutor and a second-year student at the University of Otago, my primary focus is helping high school students improve their essay-writing skills. I believe that a strong essay starts with a clear structure, so I guide students through each step of the writing process, from brainstorming and planning to crafting compelling arguments and polishing the final draft.
Teaching Methodology:
I take a personalized approach to tutoring, ensuring each lesson is tailored to the student's specific needs. I work with students to:

Enhance their writing style and clarity
Improve grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure
Strengthen their argumentation and analysis
