About Amber
For the past three years, I have taught high school math across multiple subjects, helping students with different learning styles build confidence and improve their understanding. My favorite subject to teach is Algebra 1 because I love showing students that math does not have to feel overwhelming or impossible. I am passionate about creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing academically. I truly care about each student’s success and work hard to make lessons engaging, personalized, and easy to understand so students can reach their full potential with confidence.

If math class feels confusing, stressful, or just plain boring, you’re not alone — and you’ve come to the right place! I specialize in helping high school students finally understand math instead of just memorizing formulas. From Algebra 1 to higher-level concepts, I break things down in a way that actually makes sense.
My sessions are relaxed, encouraging, and judgment-free, so students can ask questions confidently and build real skills step-by-step. Whether you’re trying to raise your grade, prepare for a test, or stop dreading math class, I’m here to help you succeed — and maybe even make math fun along the way!
