I had been trying to teach myself for a while but was just so overwhelmed with all the things people online would say to learn first. Kevin answered a post I made on Reddit about this and we had a call to talk about his lesson structure to see if it was a good fit. Taking lessons with him gave me exactly the sense of direction I needed.

He helped me fix my strumming which was my weak point. He’s extremely patient with me and explains things in different ways and breaks things down to isolate the issue idk having. He also answers my questions throughout the week in between lessons and I always have a LOT of questions. I like that he is still constantly learning new things as well and shares what he’s been working on lately.
