About Allison
I have been a dancer my whole like but never understood the necessity of moving energy through the body with movement until very recently. I always knew that life flowed easier when I had a movement practice. I knew I always felt better in my body and that inner feeling of self-confidence, joy and passion radiates out into the world as a magnet for that same type of energy. When we push our bodies past our comfort zone in settings that feel supported we gain strength to go out into the world and create whatever we want and take risks because we always have access to that internal power. Dance is a beautiful, creative way to build internal power for life-success.

I have been trained by professionals from all over the country and received a BA in Dance at the University of Wyoming. I have since traveled all over taking classes coast to coast and in Europe. I most recently was on a Semi-Pro, all female salsa team in Colorado Springs (Latisha Hardy Dance and Co.) I am also a yoga, breath-work, meditation instructor and energy healer so I will incorporate breathing exercises and the energy of the music to help inspire our movement experience together.
My lessons are suitable for all ages but are geared toward teens, young adults and adults.
I am also available for virtual, homeschool movement classes!
I love teaching private lessons and groups.
