About Wade

I will work hard with the student to help, and work with, them to achieve their educational goals. I am rather unique in the spectrum of educators in that I have graduate degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering and have taught fulltime for 11 years, and tutored for over 5 years.
What makes me unique is I also have approximately 10 years experience as an engineer and senior scientist so I have applied most of the topics that I teach. The combination of the educational and experience applying the material in a professional setting helps me cater my lessons to the student's needs and also motivate them as I can point to where the topics are applied.
Having worked with 100's of students has helped me populate a toolbox so I can adapt my presentations until it meshes with the student's learning style.

About the lesson

-One of the most common comments received on students evaluations was it helped them understand the topics as I understood both the topics and the applications.
-I work hard to draw the student's understanding of the material to tailor the lessons best to mesh with their current understanding of the material. Knowing the students starting point I can dovetail my presentation to efficiently help the student reach full understanding of the material at hand.
-A student can expect me to ask many finely-crafted questions to assist them reach a comprehensive understanding of the material.
-I have the depth of knowledge and experience teaching that I will present the material in a variety of fashions until it meshes with the learner's style.
