About Roberto
I have worked for many years in management consulting and telecommunications companies around the world, and I have applied my business and computing skills to practical management problems, such as developing a business plan, estimating the return on an investment, simulating different financial scenarios, crunching large amount of customer data in SQL/Access and Excel, preparing presentations for the Board of Director.
Because of this experience, one of my unique propositions is the capability to customise my teaching for specific business problems. For instance, you might have to prepare a business plan to be presented to a bank for a loan, or a presentation for potential investors. Or you might want to estimate the future financial outlook of your business, looking at sales predictions, cost of goods sold, etc... Or might simply want to learn new tricks and new skills (programming and macros?)
But computers can also be source of fun and a pleasant activity for your spare time. I can introduce you or improve your proficiency in a number of areas:
General computer knowledge

- Internet, mail , social networks (FB, LinkedIn, ...)

My tuition is aimed at an adult target, typically graduate students or young professionals who want to improve their computer skills.
I expect to teach to students with all different computers skill levels, from absolute beginners to more computer-aware people that want to move to an advanced level. For instance, I can introduce and explain the basic functionalities of Excel to start becoming familiar with the spreadsheet, or I can talk in detail about Macros, User-Defined formulas, tables, array functions of scenarios.
I would be happy to teach in person, but of course nowadays only online classes are possible. Fortunately, this works well with computer tuition, as in most cases the class will be done by sharing computer screens. I can use Skype, Zoom, or any other similar platform as required.
