About Aakash
I am a Senior Data Scientist at Microsoft with over 9 years of professional experience working on real-world Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI systems. My background spans both strong academic foundations and hands-on industry delivery, allowing me to teach complex concepts in a clear, structured, and practical manner.
Throughout my career, I have designed and deployed large-scale ML and NLP solutions, worked with modern AI technologies such as LLMs and Generative AI, and collaborated closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders. This experience helps me bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, which is often missing in traditional classroom learning.
I have mentored students, graduates, and working professionals from diverse backgrounds, helping them build confidence in Maths, Science, programming, and data-driven problem solving, as well as prepare for competitive aptitude exams and technical interviews. I strongly believe that with the right guidance, structure, and encouragement, anyone can improve their understanding and performance.
As a tutor, I am patient, professional, and well-organised. I take time to understand each student’s goals and learning style, and I tailor my approach accordingly. My teaching approach is concept-first, practical, and outcome-driven. I focus on building strong fundamentals, followed by real-world application, so students not only understand what to do, but why they are doing it.
For school students, I simplify complex Maths and Science concepts using intuitive explanations, visual examples, and step-by-step problem solving. For competitive aptitude exams, I focus on speed, accuracy, shortcuts, and structured thinking.
For university students and professionals, my sessions are highly practical and industry-aligned. I teach Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analysis, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, APIs, SQL, and Python using real-world use cases, hands-on exercises, and interview-oriented problem solving.
