About Zavian
I’m a Senior IT Engineer with hands-on experience supporting users, systems, and businesses in real working environments. I didn’t come into IT through a straight, academic route — I learned by doing the job, solving real problems, and growing through support and engineering roles.
What pushed me to start teaching is seeing how many people want to break into IT but feel stuck with confusing theory, outdated advice, or courses that don’t explain how IT actually works day to day. I’ve been in that position myself, so I focus on making things clear, practical, and relevant to real IT roles.
I teach because I genuinely enjoy helping people build confidence, understand the “why” behind IT, and avoid the common mistakes that slow beginners down. Everything I teach is based on real experience, not just exam content or textbooks.
If your goal is to move into IT support, improve your fundamentals, or make a career switch with proper guidance, I’ll give you honest advice and skills you can actually use on the job.

My lessons focus on IT support, IT fundamentals, and real-world technical skills, making them ideal for beginners and career switchers looking to break into the IT industry. I teach in a practical, step-by-step way that reflects how IT support roles and service desk jobs actually work day to day.
How I teach
I explain IT concepts in plain English, using real examples from IT support environments rather than textbook theory. The focus is on understanding, not memorising — so you can confidently apply what you learn in a real IT job.
