My teaching methodology bridges the gap between complex human anatomy and everyday movement. As a fourth-year student, I turn abstract physiological concepts into relatable, visual examples. I use interactive diagrams, skeletal models, and movement analysis. I focus heavily on active recall strategies for memorizing complex terminology.
A Typical 60-Minute Lesson Plan
Warm-up (5 mins): Flashcard review of muscle groups or bones.
Instruction (20 mins): Breaking down a specific physiological system.
Guided Practice (25 mins): Analyzing case studies or past exam questions.
Wrap-up (10 mins): Testing memory retention and identifying weak areas.
These lessons are targeted directly at St. Catharines high school students. I specialize in helping Grade 12 Introductory Kinesiology (PSK4U) learners maximize their grades.
