About Natalie
I am a Children’s Nursing Lecturer and Senior Practice Lead at a UK university, with over 18 years of clinical and educational experience. I specialise in supporting nursing students to succeed in placement, achieve their proficiencies, complete their ePAD successfully, and prepare for OSCEs and academic assessments. In my university role, I work closely with students, practice assessors, and academic teams, and I am directly involved in supporting students who are struggling, at risk of failing, or lacking confidence. This gives me a unique insight into exactly what universities and practice assessors expect, and the common challenges students face.
I am passionate about teaching because I know how overwhelming nursing training can feel, and I want to ensure students receive the right support to succeed. My approach focuses on building confidence, developing clinical reasoning, and helping students clearly understand what is required to progress safely and successfully. I provide personalised, practical guidance tailored to your individual needs, whether you need support with placement, ePAD completion, OSCE preparation, academic work, or professional development.
Students I support benefit from clear direction, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to meet professional standards. My goal is not only to help you pass, but to help you become a safe, capable, and confident future registered nurse.

As a Senior Practice Lead and Children’s Nursing Lecturer, I understand exactly what universities and practice assessors expect, and I use this knowledge to provide clear, personalised support tailored to your individual needs. I help students break down complex expectations into manageable steps, improve their confidence, and develop practical strategies that work in real clinical settings. Students I support often feel more confident, organised, and prepared, with a clearer understanding of how to succeed in both placement and academic work. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgemental environment where you can ask questions freely and build the skills needed to become a safe and successful registered nurse.
