About Jacob

I know what it's like to struggle, to feel like the lessons just don't make sense, and to re-read the same page over and over and over. I get it--sometimes, you need another explanation.

That's what I'm here for.

I'm not going to replace your teacher, school, or the internet--I'm here as a resource that will advance your education through my experience.

About the lesson

I apply a customized learning plan that reaches your student where they are. If that means help with fractions, algebra, calculus, or differential equations, I'm happy to provide the hand your student needs to excel in their studies. Of course, all manner of software engineering is also on the table!

I provide real-world analogies and examples which helps ground the student, ensuring that they understand the importance of the skills they're learning.

Finally, while my lessons are primarily for those in middle to high school, I'm also willing to take on more advanced students who need a helping hand.
