About Vena
I am a teacher of English in making and in my final semester in campus. Having a strong and relevant knowledge to handle normal technical challenges in a helpful and reasonable manner, I am always motivated to take head on any kind of seeming to be challenging work and thus have the ability to listen and resolve any kind of issue that come my way. I always look forward to working towards achieving the set learning goals as I also embrace team work for efficient delivery of the learners goals and dreams. Over the past few years, I have acquired the necessary computer skills that I am very certain will make me an asset in the learners lives. I have excellent communication skills as I tend to also relate well with individuals of different capacities. My schedule is flexible and therefore I have all the time to attend to my work, I am available all day long 24/7.
I am always intentional in giving my best to what I do and therefore this helps me to get every encouragement to do my work effectively to the best of my ability. With my teaching career, I am always motivated in a very special way as I get to learn new things every day and I’m always updated according to my students needs hence always available to give them the best solution from my end, this in so many special ways keep me so motivated.

as a teacher, my teaching approach include the online learning approach and most importantly, I use the learner centered approach to enable my students grasp the necessary knowledge. my typical lesson plan is learner best and often entails the activities that my students will engage in during our learning session. as a tutor, I tend to be helpful, encouraging and often puts my students minds at ease by using the most approachable methods to help the learner grasp the content.
