About Jenny Rhose

Hello! I'm a 27-year-old fourth-year Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics student who is currently completing my in-service teaching. With nine years of experience as a freelance tutor, I have had the privilege of helping students of different ages and learning levels build their confidence and improve their academic performance.

Throughout my tutoring journey, I have taught a wide range of subjects, allowing me to develop patience, adaptability, and effective teaching strategies that meet each student's unique learning needs. My academic training in mathematics education, combined with years of hands-on tutoring experience, has equipped me with the skills to explain even challenging concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging way.

I believe that every student is capable of succeeding when given the right guidance and encouragement. Mathematics doesn't have to be difficult, it can be fun, engaging, and easy to understand! As a passionate mathematics tutor and future mathematics teacher, I create interactive, gamified lessons that keep students motivated while helping them build confidence and master mathematical concepts.

Every lesson is personalized based on the student's needs, learning pace, and goals. I explain topics step by step using simple examples, guided practice, and engaging activities to ensure students truly understand the lesson not just memorize formulas or procedures.

What sets me apart is my student-centered approach. I adapt my teaching style to each learner and focus on making mathematics simpler and less intimidating, helping students develop both confidence and problem-solving skills.
