About Shaheda
I am an experienced educator and academic professional with 29+ years of experience across education, leadership and corporate environments. I hold an M.Com, M.Phil and B.Ed, with extensive experience in teaching Business Studies, Accountancy and Commerce.
I believe education is not just about completing a syllabus—it is about developing confidence, critical thinking, decision-making and leadership skills in students.
As a Business Studies educator, I love connecting classroom concepts with real-world businesses, current examples and practical situations, so that students understand not only what they learn, but also why it matters.
My goal is to inspire students to become knowledgeable, confident and responsible professionals and future entrepreneurs.

As a professor, I believe Business Studies teaches students much more than theories and definitions. It teaches them how to think, how to make decisions, how to solve problems and how to take calculated risks.
Every business begins with an idea, but a successful business needs planning, leadership, communication, finance, marketing, operations and, above all, the right people.
What I love about Business Studies is that students can see its connection with everyday life. Whether they want to become an entrepreneur, a manager, a teacher, an accountant or a professional in any field, the principles of business help them understand the world around them.
My aim as a professor is not only to prepare students for examinations, but to prepare them for the decisions they will make in real life.
Because ultimately, Business Studies is not only about building businesses—it is about building people who can think, lead and create opportunities.
