About Ligia
I use specific techniques of Hindu origin to induce meditation that activates new states of consciousness through work with breathing and intentional focus on the 7 chakras. I have been practicing Yoga and meditation since 2013, when I lived in countries in the East such as Malaysia, Thailand and Bali (Indonesia). I had several spiritual mentors and my experience with Yoga and meditation goes far beyond practicing the poses and relaxing. I work with a holistic and integrated methodology that provides my students with a journey of self-knowledge and access to alternative states of consciousness not explored in their daily lives. The goal is to experience the transcendental.
