About Ursula
I’m a chess tutor with 6 years of experience, specializing in teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 250 students, helping them improve both skill and confidence. My teaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals in openings, tactics, and endgames. I emphasize critical thinking, patience, and strategic planning, ensuring students develop both their game and their problem-solving skills. I use interactive exercises, puzzles, and practice games to make learning engaging and practical. My goal is to help students enjoy chess, sharpen their abilities, and achieve success in tournaments and personal growth.
