1. *Grammar at Balangkas ng Pangungusap* - pagkilala sa paksa, panaguri, mga bahagi ng pananalita, at wastong gamit ng bantas.
2. *Pagsulat ng Sanaysay at Talumpati* - paano magsimula, bumuo ng katawan, at gumawa ng malakas na wakas.
3. *Pagbasa at Pag-unawa* - pag-analisa ng kwento, nobela, o artikulo at pagsagot ng tanong nang malalim.
4. *Oral Recitation at Public Speaking* - tamang pagbigkas, intonasyon, at mawala ang kaba sa harap.
5. *Panitikan at Kultura* - mga akda nina Rizal, Balagtas, at mga modernong manunulat.
6. *Book Report at Buod* - paano gumawa ng buod na hindi kopya at may sariling opinion.
