About Brenton
Hi there, my name is Brenton Lee, and I am always using Tai Chi for body homeostasis. Water, food and exercise (flow or movement) are my anchors. Life is fragile and rigid, but at the same time incredibly supple and flexible. Moving is one of the keys to life. And balance is key to movement, if you can relate to this then I can train U!
