About Kasia
I became a vocal coach in 2012 whilst completing my Bachelor of Music in London, UK. Before this, I had struggled with my own singing as a singer/songwriter for nearly 15 years. I went to many different teachers, paid up to $300 per hour for lessons and practiced different singing exercises with commitment and consistency to find that whilst there was some slow improvements, I still fundamentally had the same problems and struggles and could not sing what I wanted, how I wanted. As my singer/songwriter dreams faded away, singing well became a life goal.
My major singing breakthroughs happened when I started learning methods of working with the body and the voice based on speech pathology, Alexander Technique and the Feldenkrais Method. I went on to learn with great coaches internationally who taught in this way as well as doing my own research and development based on the theory and principles I was learning. After having struggled for so long, finding something that enabled me to sing freely and easily made me really passionate to learn as much as I could and help other people who might be struggling with their singing like I had been.
I trained for 2 years as an Alexander Technique teacher and am currently completing my Feldenkrais practitioner training as this is one of the main influences in my work.

My teaching style is based on these revolutionary techniques, focusing on retraining and optimising the co-ordination and performance of the body and releasing tension throughout the vocal system to help singers attain their peak singing potential.
As singers we all really just want to be able to express ourselves through singing in an easy, enjoyable way and know that we can rely on our voices to sing what we want, how we want - right?!
What if you knew simple, easy to implement tools that transformed your voice, and you could see big improvements immediately? What if you knew why things weren't working out and how to start changing them within a few minutes?
My students usually get immediate, noticeable results like:
• A big increase in the feeling of freedom and ease to sing
• The ability to sing previously strained or unattainable high notes easily
with power
• An increase in range both ways, high and low
• Increased power in the voice with less effort
• Tuning issues resolving themselves
• A new depth, richness and resonance to the voice
• An ability to easily sing in the style of choice
• Breaks and strain in the voice disappearing
